Returns
Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns. However, if your order arrives damaged, is lost in transit, or if you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, please reach out to us at info@gysrhydration.com to initiate a refund process.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your request, and let you know if the refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note, it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
Please be aware that we reserve the right to deny any refund requests that we suspect are the result of suspicious behavior or an attempt to take unfair advantage of our refund policy.
